Our support team uses both a Message System to communicate with you and a Ticket Number to help us see very important diagnostic info on your network.
If you need to generate a ticket number for PFConfig support, here's how to do it.
Step 1: From inside Port Forward Network Utilities, launch PFConfig.

Step 2: Make sure to click Update Router at least once. This generates useful data for us to analyze.

Step 3: Wait for the update to run on your router.

Step 4: From inside PFConfig click Help, and then Request Help.

Step 5: Click Generate Ticket Number.

Be sure to head in to the Message System and post a message so that we know your ticket number is ready.
