Drink the bottle you find in a crate on the way.

Look at tutorial for learning the vigor.

Press enter to accept the vigor.

Now proceed this way to the stairs.

Get upside the stairs to reach the top.

Reach the stairs on the other side.

Create a decoy by pressing F.

Shoot the sniper present on the roof and shooting at you.

Shoot precisely to kill the sniper with the weapon you got.

Look for the other one too hidden on the other side.

Later keep moving the way shown by navigation.

Shoot continuously at the ghost to defeat it.

Kill all the men spirits formed by the ghost.

Shoot at ghost with all the ammo you got.
