Solo Strategy: Support Killer

Depends on situation, sometimes you have to eliminate certain support heroes first because its disabling or harassing skills affect your hero. Moreover, support usually have low HP than others so it's easier to get rid of them.

Look for a chance in team fight for killing supports. But not everyone should become a supoort killer in a team. Try to give the role to the heroes that have invisible or able to sneak quickly in fight to get rid of enemy's support.
