The Hospital
After saving Ben, proceed to the right and climb up the bus beside the hospital walls. Jump in through the window to get inside.
Push the steel cabinet in place and use it to climb up to the vents. When you get to the vent slowly move towards that thinner floor, then quickly turn around when it makes some sounds.
Drop down and jump towards the other half of the vent, then make your way to the next room and jump down the opening. Make sure to aim for the pipe at the center of the elevator shaft.
Use the ladder to climb up to the third floor and shoot the shadows down. Grab the safe from the right side and pull it over to the left. Climb on top of the safe and jump to reach the next floor.
Proceed to the right and call the shadows over to you, then power jump and drop down on the next floor. Continue towards the open door on the right.
Destroy the window barricade with your axe then climb outside and jump towards the hospital sign. Make your way up two floors higher, then go back inside via the open window.
Call the shadows and basically, just climb out the window again. This will cause them to run towards you and fall to their deaths. Now go back inside, bust down the door and do the same for the rest.
Jump over to the other side and get on the pipe, then call the shadows to you. When they're gone, go back to the right and drop down to the lower floor.
Open the door and take the meds that you need from the shelf at the far right side of the room. Go back outside and onto the pipe, then make your way to the left side this time.
Open the door and head over to the third room. Destroy the vent cover and jump towards the elevator on the far right corner of the shaft and into the vent above it.
Drop down to the lower floor and just keep running until you smash through the door. Randal will automatically leave the hospital.
