Shoot bishop with the best weapon you got to kill him.
Shoot continuously to destroy the vehicle.
Kill bishop with all the ammo you got.Look out for the bombs thrown by him.
Finally bishop is dead job is done.
Now you get out of the house.
Then you shift your location to get another job.
