Cleaning Out The Bureau

Meet with Lester at the garment factory to begin the mission. After the cutscene, get into Mike's car and drive to the bureau and wait at the parking lot entrance.

When the janitor arrives at his apartment building, park the car at the curb and then follow him while staying in cover.

The janitor will enter his second-floor apartment so follow in after him to trigger a cutscene.

After the cutscene, drive back to Lester's office to complete the mission.
