Meltdown
"WEAPONS PREPARATION NOTE
Once that's done, enter the limousine and go along for the ride with Jimmy to the "Meltdown" premiere.
When you arrive, exit the car and walk the red carpet to trigger a series of cutscenes.

With the first one down, go upstairs to Tracy's room to find another hostile. Activate Mike's Special and aim for the gunman's head. Be quick or else he'll shoot Tracy and it's mission failed!
With the family secured, equip any weapon and start reigning fire on the Merryweather hostiles.
Slowly make your way downstairs and watch the GPS radar to see their positions.
The hostiles are wearing body armor, so keep shooting rounds on them until they are completely dead (otherwise, they'll get up and keep shooting Michael). Don't forget about the Health Pack in the kitchen if you need it! Clear the house of hostiles and then make your way outside to encounter two more vehicles.
Shoot the men in the vehicles and steer clear of them!
Stay in cover and take them down until the house has been cleared of enemies.
When the coast is clear, make your way back upstairs to trigger a cutscene and to complete the mission.
