After you complete the Encounters, talk to Hermonie at the towers to continue your mission.
Use the Four Points spell and follow it to find Harry's Parents' grave.
Use the Cloak to move around without being seen.
At the Graveyard, use the four points spell to know where to go, and examine the Graves.
Then go to Harry's Parents' Grave.
Follow the woman from the Graveyard.
Then there will be a cutscene where Harry talks to her.
