When you get to the top you will find a whole bunch of Roach's pets and cannon.
If you are really good at afterTouch, you might be able to surprise a few of Roaches pets with the cannon.
The cannon runs out of ammo pretty quickly, and they pets are very fast. When you are out of ammo, stick the rest of them with your sword.
