Nariko starts chasing Kai and Flying Fox across a bridge. You've got two sets of heavily armored guards to kill here. Take them out with medium attacks.
Proceed to the end of the walkway and use the wheel to open the door. Through the door you will fight some very lightly armored ninjas who fall very easily to your light attacks.
After that there is a group of heavily armored enemies which you should use your medium stance against once more.
Once again proceed to the end of the walkway and spin the wheel to open the next door.
