Boss The Hunter In His Lair
Well the Hunter 6.0 is pretty the same as the Hunter 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0.
Last time we have to beat this guy down.
Watch out for his blinding spit.
Have Elika beat the corruption off of him, when he turns black.
The quicker you are at blocking his attacks, the better off you will be. He hits you with counter attacks very quickly.
Try to back him up against one of the walls. You can press him and do a bit of damage to him that way.
This is probably the most important point. When he gets you pinned against the floor, don't panic. Just hit the button that comes up. If you are able to do this, you are a lock to win the battle.
When you've beaten him down enough, he will grab his arm.
Then he will hit the floor which will make it fall.
Keep fighting as normal. When you get his health down far enough, he will hit the floor again.
Once again the floor will fall.
This time he doesn't come down with it.
Jump over the corruption on the floor. You will land on a slide.
Be ready because parts of the slide fall away.
Double jump to the next part of the slide.
Once again double jump to the next part of the slide.
Jump to the wall to wall run.
Jump to the next wall when you are done with that wall run.
Double jump from that wall run to the next one.
Jump to the slide, and then from it to the stone floor in the center of the room.
Continue the battle. The Hunter seems to get faster here if anything.
The area you are fighting in is very small. It's hard to stay away from the corruption at its edges.
When you've got him beat down, he will crawl away. Elika will banish him.
Run up and use the red pressure plate. You will bounce off a couple more red ones. Then you'll come to a yellow one that will fly you the rest of the way out of there.
