You can just bring all your units until you find Tassadar. But. it's better to play safe.
You should only encounter one Sunken Colony along the way. Target it first.
Through this way if you take left path.
Go to the right.
Through here...
Just keep going.. No need to fight.
Now, gather resources to defend your base and train few more units.
When you ready, just head back to where you start. Use the same path to be safe. :)
