Jump on the ledge with your power.

Pull the lever to open the floor underneath you.
Shoot the energy canisters on the right and on the left. Look out there are alot of enemies all around you.
Shoot the door to proceed.
Pull the lever to open the door.
Shoot the energy canisters to free the torso.
Get near the terminal and wait for Shockwave, after wich you will defend him from attacking aoutobots.
