Li's cave
Inside the cave, save and then continue tracking him. In the area just above him, there's a tent that you can use as the cooking spot to cook recipes with three items.
Approach Li once again at the back of the cave to trigger a sequence. Bind to remove his helmet.
After the cutscene's over, you'll learn Li's Song.
