Sequence 8: part 2
After the cutscene, guards will attack you. just press your attack button when they're close enough and run away.
Run out of the Vatican.
When you've left the Vatican, swim or run away from the guards until you're anonymous.
After the cutscene, you will be needed to kill 5 guards. Just go stand close to them and hold your attack button until your life is at 0.
After yet another cutscene, go towards the highlighted area. Run around until you see the Cardinal.
Tail the cardinal.
You can kill the guards with your apple.
Wait for him to walk into the center of the theater, another cutscene will begin.
Make sure you're close to the two guards and hold your attack button.
When the guards are dead, run around until your life is restored. Repeat this stap twice more to finish this mission.
