A Change of Plans
Follow Mario.
Read the letter from Fra Giocondo.
Then go meet Mario at the waypoint on your map.
He will introduce you to the codex wall.
When you are finished there climb back up on top of the manner to the viewpoint there. Press triangle again to synchronize the city.
Four codex pages will be revealed on your map.
