Play Along
You need to follow the guard with the blue arrow over his head. The only thing I can say about this, is that there are tons of guys carrying boxes trying to walk in to you.
If you hit one of them, the guards will hassle you. You'll also drop your box, and you'll fall way behind the guy you need to follow. Basically don't drop the box.
The best way to avoid running into anyone, is to stay right behind the guy you are following.
You will follow this guy for a little while.
Eventually you'll get a cut scene.
After the cut scene you will fight the spaniard.
Get his health down to one red dot, and you'll get a small cut scene.
Oh look. His health bar has refilled, and he has summoned friends.
Focus on killing all of the newly added guards.
When they are all dead, you'll get a cut scene.
All of your friends will show up and help you out.
Kill all the guards that are around, and then focus on the spaniard.
When he is about to die he will run off.
Yep there he goes. You'll get a very long cut scene.
Play along will now be synched.
