Speedy Delivery
This quest is pretty easy. There are two letters you need to deliver to the South and one to the North.
Do the Southern ones first. Starting with the one shown in the map here.
Run to the Southern gate. Outside the gate jump on a horse.
Free run the horse to the first destination.
Jump off of the horse and deliver the first letter.
Get back on the horse.
Then run to the destination shown on the map here.
Once again jump off and deliver the letter.
Go to the last destination shown on the map here.
This will be your last delivery for this quest.
