Jump down and start the generator and ride to the other side and return to Wurmwater.
Take the left and go to the Refinery.
Pull the lever and go up to the Refinery.
Run through the Refinery and collect all the pieces.
Run to the end and Destroy H3RL'3 and collect the last piece.
Go back to Herbert.
Now you just have to take the elevator over and not the left way.
Give Herbert his Poly-Kryten.
Rather take both to Captain Scarlet.
