Get Herbert's gift, Then proceed.
Go to Rustyard Corridor and assault through to the objective.
At the end of the assault find the lever and open the gate.
Take the left way and fight off the pirates till you get to a big sign.
Proceed through the sign and fight you way to the Big boat in the mountain and take the elevator up to Herbert's house.
Go to the door.
Crazy About You
Jump down and go to the boat in the middle.
When the stockpile explodes just go and collect all the pieces they are easy to find.
Then go back to Herbert.
