I Fought the Law
After the cutscene, enter the car and drive to the waypoint up near the countryside to trigger a cutscene.

When the chase ends, you can either take control of Michael, Trevor, or Franklin and then race back to Los Santos. Drive to the waypoint to complete the mission.
