Click Games or Applications..

And start building yourself upwards using only blocks.

Keep going.

Once you reach this point, click the "Shortcut to MOM" and the level is complete.

You can power through all this dialoge by repeatedly pressing the bottom option.

"After that level, go to your "Virtual World Of Goo Corporation" menu by clicking at the bottom-right (Will be flashing with the symbol of a mail)

A new level will be opened. Proceed.
