This level is fairly simple for this late in the game.
You need to cross the ravine and the only possible support you have can be found floating in the water, namely blocks and lines.
Stack them in a neat pile and start building your goo bridge
Be careful to not apply any pressure on the side of the blocks, orelse it'll collapse.
Goo to the pipe and level completed.
