The pipe is up to the right so begin by building a platform

Once you have a basic shape, start building towards the pipe. Complement with more counter-weights at the other side as needed.

I recommend leaving the goo hanging as far out as possible to create dumb weight

Once you build far enough and attach the goo to the pipe, the level is complete.
