Beat a Cheat
Travel to the waypoint on your map. As always I use to the rooftops to get there.
There is a nice wagon full of leaves near the guy you need to beat up.
When you get close you'll get a cutscene of the guy giving a girl a new ring.
After a bit of a chat, he'll try to beat you up.
His mistake.
After you beat him down, he'll get up and leave.
Beat a Cheat will be synched.
