Petruccio's Secret
Climb up the nearby wall to the first feather.
It's on top of a building very close to where you are standing.
The other feathers are a little ways away.
Just run across the roof tops to the feathers. This quest is really easy. Here's a screenshot of where the second feather is located.
And here's a shot of the third feather.
When you are done return to Petruccio who is now inside your home.
Use the door to go inside.
You'll get a small cut scene.
Then Petruccio's Secret will be synched.
