Well you can't use whores to get this codex page, so you have to do it the hard way. Walk up to the gaurds guarding the room and fight them.
Hold R1 most of the fight. When a guard goes to swing at you press square. You'll counter his swing and then take him out.
You can counter two of the guards to take them out, but the helmeted guard is wise to your tricks.
When you've got him one on one you can just beat him in to oblivion.
When that's finished walk into the room and loot the codex page. These codex pages are really important. They give Ezio his assassin abilities.
