Your father has asked you to deliver three letters to specific parts of town. I go to the one that is to the south first, because it's the closest.
Once again I'm not going to tell you exactly how to get there, because anyone can get to point b from point a given a map.
The southern most waypoint lands you in the middle of a courtyard.
These two show up to take the note from you.
When you are done go back to the roof, if you use rooftops. Then travel to the next destination on the map.
This meeting place is on a rooftop. So if you are not up there, get up there.
Walk into the circle to give the note to this guy.
He tells you to warn your father to get out of town.
Go to the last waypoint on the map.
It's not too far away. It's a glowing door on a pigeon coop.
Walk up and grab the pigeon to complete this quest.
Special Delivery should now be synched.
