The guards will be busy for quite some time.
Codex Page 2 Map
There are four guards guarding this codex page.
If you look down the street, you will see a group of courtesans standing there. Go hire them.
Bring them back and use them to distract the guards.
The girls will provide a proper distraction to the guards.
Now that they are distracted walk in and loot the codex page. These are all pretty easy given that you find a group of courtesans.
Walk back outside after you have the codex page.
Codex Page 3 Map
Once again there are four guards.
There is also a group of Courtesans very close by.
Hire the girls and send them in to distract the guards.
Handle this the same way as you did the previous 2 codex pages. Just walk in and get it.
