Mark and Execute
A green circle will appear on your map.
If you look around the building you need to get inside, all the entrances are guarded except one. There are tons of guards at the ones that are guarded.
Walk into the arched section.
There are absolutely no guards at all patroling here.
There's a completely ungaurded tunnel that leads to your target.
You will see your target walking in a circle in the court yard here.
Wait for your target to walk around in front of you.
Then walk up and give him a dose of poision.
Retreat and wait for him to die.
Mark and Execute will now be synched.
