Dead on Arrival
A green circle will apear on your map. The guy you have to kill is somewhere in that green circle.
If you are having trouble finding the guy to kill, it's understandable. They put him on top of a building. So climb up to the roofs and he's easy to find.
Here's a shot of him with eagle eye vision on.
When he sees you he'll take off running. You'll be rushed by guards, but ignore them.
Just focus on killing the runner.
I'm right next to this guy and for some reason I couldn't kill him.
Luckily he's a pretty slow runner. So it's easy to take him out later on.
Dead on Arrival should now be synched.
