14 - Murder At The Bazaar
Firstly, go to the first target's house.
Enter his house from the back door. Make sure you do quick because two guards will come to his house in few seconds.
When the door opened, enable sneak mode and go to second floor.
Kill him and take his clothes.
Now go to the Guard Quarter.
Take the sniper.
Then head to the pointed location.
Climb the ladder.
Get a good position here. Just wait at the first window you saw here. It should be enough to shoot blow the target's head.
Remember to use sneak before shoot. *Avoid detection.
Now go to the body to take the key. You can wait for a few minutes for the guards to cool down.
