!! ACCESS TO DARK MAGIC !! (IMPORTANT 3)
This is the most important thing to do if you wanna easily access to characters with Dark Magic spells (will be unlock with Reducto spell only). Now let's replay this stage. Choose Free Play mode.
Both Shifty Wizard and Igor Karkaroff have the Reducto magic. Choose either one. Note that the blue ring is your active character whereas the green ring is your secondary character.
After crossing the river and creating a ramp from the planks, stand on the edge and blast (hold H) the silver gate.
Ravenclaw Crest Fragment (blue) -- Ride the frog that appears, through a set of vine gates. Quickly through several more gates that will appear. Too much delayed time will cause you to start all over again.
Character Token -- During the boss battle, cast Reducto magic on the chest with the silver padlock to unlock this precious Lucius Malfoy token.
Once done, save and exit your game. You don't have to complete the stage as this is the Free Play mode.
[Madam Malkin's Robes] Purchase Lucius Malfoy for $135,000.
PLAY FREE PLAY MODE for the third time. Now select Lucius Malfoy as he's the only character that has Dark Magic (for now).
Character Token -- Destroy the black cabinet with the Dark Magic after crossing the pond to obtain Professor Sinistra token.
Hufflepuff Crest Fragment (yellow) -- Hit the black sphere during the boss battle.
