Go to your right and pass the crew quarters like before.
Watch for some drones patrolling the corridors.
At the very end of the crew quarters you will see a vent you can open.
You can open vents such as this with your new vent tool.
The next big hall is covered in darkness and patrolled by drones. Hunt down the drones and then find a yellow pipe to climb on.
Keep going to the left until you see a vent door. Climb inside it to proceed to the next area.
