Once you have purchased Network Utilities and installed it, you can request help from right inside the application. We call this "Generating a Ticket Number." Ticket numbers are very important to us, they share all kinds of information about your network and your router that we will need so that we can ask you fewer questions. Rest assured, there is nothing private in your ticket number, only the essentials that we will need to help you out. We respect your privacy and in no way, shape or form share your information.
Please note, there are many users who generate a ticket number just because the button is there. If you genuinely want help, you need to message us in the built-in support system with the ticket number.
