"MISSION NOTE: DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE
After the cutscene, get into the pickup truck and follow after the tennis instructor as he ascends up the hills. Midway during the chase, a hippy van will block the way. You cannot avoid this van no matter what (unfortunately), so just drive around it and a waypoint will then appear on the GPS.
Drive over to the waypoint to trigger a cutscene. From there, rev up the pickup truck to start leveling the house. It takes three tugs to bring the house tumbling down, so get to it!
"After the house is totaled, drive back to Michael's house to trigger a phone call from the owner of the house, who then sends a few hitmen after you.
When the coast is clear, drive back to Michael's house to complete the mission.
