EQUIPMENTS: Just buy one sniper and few ammo. Other optional.
From the starting point, follow the red arrow to the place.
Use the elevator and go to the roof.
Prepare your sniper. Dont stay too far from the sniper bag because later you need to quickly pack the sniper for escape.
Wait for Red Dragon gang member. Shoot his head while he's talking.
After the shot, quickly pack your sniper and head down. Dont stay at the roof.
Run back to your car. Avoid helicopter.
