Terrence
Wait for Terrence to finish talking on the phone then equip your telekinesis and start using it on the busts that have crosses behind them.
There are three crosses around the room. Lift each one of the busts up and wait for Terrence to shoot it and shatter the cross behind it.
After destroying all three crosses lift the statue at the right side of the room and Terrence will accidentally shoot the controller for the ceiling fan.
Now use your telekinesis on the ceiling fan and wait for it to drop down and kill Terrence.
