Chapter 1: Workers' District

Walk forward through the dock and continue along the path.

Go up the hill and enter the building.

Proceed by going into the hall on the left.

Melee the wood plank blocking your way.

Crouch through and continue on.

Right after the magical time-travelling event, go through the path on the left.

Save the man's life.

Carry on through the hole in the wall.

Open the door and take a right.

Crouch through again and move on.

Go to the other side of the doors behind the statue.

Keep going along the alley.

Take the stairs on the left.

Now go up the stairs that are inside the building.

Enter the room on the left.

Take the gun and ammo.

Shoot the lock on the door and go through.

Go through the wall.

Shoot the monster off of you.

Continue along the alley and be wary of more monsters ahead.

Go inside the school.

Walk along the hall and take care of the mutant.

Take the stairs up, to the right from the door that the mutant came out of.

Crouch through to the other side.

Through the door, then left into the hall.

Enter the room to the right, halfway into the hall.

Drop down the hole.

Continue across the library and kill the mutant that pops out.

Follow the blood on the floor and proceed through the vent.

Murder the mutant then continue through the blue doors.

Pick up the weapon.

Move along through the path that the mutant opened and kill any monsters along the way.

Out of the library, go into the room straight across it.

Jump and go through.

Kill the mutants that try to get in.

When Devlin opens the doors, take care of the mutant on the right.

Go across the courtyard and into the doors at the end.

Follow Devlin through the door.

Grab the shotgun. You can only carry two different weapons at a time.

Kill the mutant attacking Devlin.

Help him barricade the door.

Go through the door.

Go along the path on the right and kill any mutants that show up.

The floor will crumble and fall as you try to meet up with Devlin.

Once you've killed the enemies attacking you, jump to allow Devlin to help you up.

Follow him up the stairs.

The path will be blocked. Kill the enemies attacking.

Go into the vent to the side of the staircase.

Up the ladder and out the vent.

Grab any supplies you can, then melee or shoot the lock on the door to allow Devlin to get in.

Follow Devlin through the blue door.

You'll have to go alone and find the controls to open the gate.

Make your way up jumping on top of the crates, near the yellow vehicle.

Go across onto the roof and then around the corner.

Climb up the ladder.

Through the broken railing, jump down near the corpse and continue across the wooden planks.

Use the lever to open the gate, then go back down to meet up with Devlin.

Grab the sniper rifle and take out the mutants at the other end of the bridge.

Follow Devlin.

Grab all the supplies you can and prepare to defend your position.

Kill all the incoming enemies.

Eventually you'll have to retreat. Follow Devlin quickly through the back door.

Run inside the building.

Jump over the obstacle and continue running.

Take a right and move on.

Take the stairs down, to the right.

Follow Kathryn.

Use the laptop to watch the video.

Chapter 2: Research Facility

Proceed through the next doorway.

Get in the water and swim through the tunnels.

Once you've reached the end, go through the open set of doors.

Continue up the stairs.

Through the blue door.

Enter the building through the big set of doors.

Move upstairs and follow the catwalk.

You'll find a new mutant that can phase out and be invulnerable for a short time.

Once you're done with him, go outside and across and enter the door.

Shoot the lock off and move along.

When you try to enter the building, a mutant on the other side of the door will block it.

Eliminate all the attacking enemies.

Go in through the gate and up the stairs, located at the right hand side of the statue.

Follow the catwalk, down the stairs and into the building.

Crouch through the vent.

Pull the lever in the room to the right of the closed gate to open it.

Keep going along the hall.

Kill all the mutants in the area.

When you get close to the doors at the end, more mutants will appear. Murder them and go in.

Get close to the elevators and wait for one to open, then get inside.

You'll see some strange plants at the bottom of the stairs. Careful not to touch the strings as they can harm you.

You can shoot the blobs that the strings come out of to neutralize them.

Jump down the hole and move on.

Move closer to the big circular door so it can open and go in.

Wait for the sphere to close, then reach in to get the Time Manipulation Device.

Use the TMD to restore all the rubble blocking the path.

Restore the control box on the wall to open the door.

Restore the stairs and retrace all your steps to the elevator you came from.

Restore the crate so you can jump on top of it and get out of the hole.

Fix the stairs and continue up.

Restore the control box, then get in the elevator.

Use the TMD on the time rift to open it and walk in.

Kill the soldiers in sight, then continue along the catwalk.

Keep making your way through the halls.

Go through the blue door at the end of the hall.

Shoot Demichev.

Kill the guards at the other side of the door, then follow Dr. Barisov through it.

Eliminate the enemies in the room.

Wait for Barisov to ask for your help, then age the wallsafe to open it.

Grab the special weapon. It won't replace any of your equipped weapons, but if you try to switch to one of them while using it, you'll drop the Seeker.

Hold the aim down sights button then fire without releasing it to steer the bullet.

Eliminate all the incoming soldiers.

Once they're dealt with, follow Barisov across the room.

Kill all the enemies in your path.

Keep following Dr. Barisov.

Use the TMD on the rift and go through.

Take the red door and go downstairs.

Enter the room.

Use the machine to receive a TMD upgrade.

Pick up the turbine and throw it away, then go down the hole.

Restore the control box to open the door.

Pick up the crate and crouch through the hole with it.

Restore the crate, then use it to reach up.

Repeat the same process to reach the gate.

Now age the crate and put it under the gate.

Restore the crate and crouch through the gate.

Go up and follow the catwalk.

You can use the melee impulse to put the mutants back into phase and make them vulnerable again.

Eliminate the enemies below. You can grab explosive barrels and toss them for maximum damage.

Keep killing the mutants as you move along.

Restore the stairs and go up them.

Go down the ladder at the end of the catwalk.

Get in the elevator and press the button.

Get out and go through the blue doors.

Make your way across the strings. Remember to shoot the blobs.

Proceed through the doorway on the right.

Enter the blue door.

Avoid the strings and go down.

A giant mutant will attack you. Be sure to shoot at the blue glowing part on his chest.

Go outside through the hole.

Jump on the crates to reach the container.

Now jump on the crates near the short staircase to enter the building.

Age the crate and bring it to your side through the gap.

Restore the crate and use to jump over the fence.

Age the crate again and bring it with you.

Put it next to the wall with graffiti, restore it and use it to reach the ladder.

Jump down where the corpses are.

Use the lever to open the gate.

It's time to fight that big guy we saw earlier.

Catch the barrels he throws at you in mid-air and toss them back at him.

He'll eventually lose his chest armor. Now is the time to shoot at his glowing weak spot.

He'll summon some mutants to help him. Remember to use the melee impulse.

The giant will come back with a hammer and start heading toward you.

He'll attack when he gets close enough to you. Dodge out of the way and quickly go around him and start shooting his new weak spot on his back.

After he goes down a second time, more mutants will show up.

When he comes back, he'll start flinging barrels at you again. Catch them and throw them back.

He'll remain still for a moment after throwing a barrel. Shoot at the weak spot in his head while he recovers.

Once he's down for good, Kathryn will appear. Follow her.

She'll stop for a bit to try and open the gate. You must defend her in the meantime.

After she's done, follow her by crouching through the gate.

Shoot the mutant attacking her.

Continue following her as you shoot the mutants in the way.

You'll have to defend your position while Barisov brings the elevator down.

You can restore the control boxes on the gates to electrify the mutants climbing them.

Once the elevator arrives, quickly follow Kathryn into it.

After watching the video you can go back to the elevator and press the button.

Use the machine to receive a new upgrade.

Use the new Deadlock ability to stop the fan and go through.

Turn left and go down the hole in the catwalk.

The floor will crumble, making you fall into a room full of mutant bugs.

Chapter 3: Rail line

You can age the ticks, which will make them attract other ticks to them and kill them.

You can also use your melee impulse to kill ticks instantly within your impulse's radius.

Use the wheel to open the gate in front, then run through it.

More bugs will show up ahead.

Keep moving straight along the tunnel.

Climb the ladder at the end and then the next one.

Use the TMD on the left plant, then jump on top so you can reach the ladder.

Run through the tunnel to reach the train cart. Beware of a giant monster piercing through the walls to attack you.

When you regain control, go through the door.

Melee the planks out of your way and proceed.

Continue along the corridor and take the open doorway to your left.

At the end of the corridor, take a right.

Stand over the planks and make a running jump to reach the ladder.

Climb the next ladder leading to the vent.

Use Deadlock to stop the fan, go through and take a left.

Climb up and get to the other side of the vent.

Enter the door and move ahead to meet Dr. Barisov.

He'll open the hatch for you. Climb down.

Take out the enemies ahead.

Once they're dead, restore the crane that's close to a wrecked train cart.

Kill the soldiers while you wait for the platform to arrive.

Get on the platform.

Kill all enemies in sight until the platform stops.

Kill the remaining enemies once you step off the platform.

Go through the door that the last guard comes out of.

Go upstairs. Careful with the mutant's attack.

Go through the vent.

Use Deadlock on the fan, grab the crate and go through with it.

Use the crate to get up, then use Deadlock again on the fan to get through.

Climb up to get to the other side.

You'll have to fight the mutant that attacked you earlier.

You can use Deadlock to slow him down and the cryo-tanks to freeze him. Shoot him while he's frozen for max damage.

Once he's done, enter the door at the top of the staircase.

Drop down the hole on the ground.

Kill the mutant ahead then proceed through the door on the right.

Go upstairs and follow the catwalk.

Pull the lever to open the gate down in front.

Enter and use the elevator past the gate.

Ahead there'll be a new type of mutant. You can choose to stealth past them, or make your way killing every one of them.

Use the TMD on the plant to push the pipes out of the way.

Jump over and go through the doorway.

Jump to reach the small tunnel.

Get rid of the strings.

Use the TMD on the plant down in the pit.

Jump across using the platform.

Age the control box on the left to electrify the water and kill the mutants.

After the water is safe to walk on, move ahead and jump onto the small tunnel.

Climb up the ladder.

Sneak past or kill the mutants.

Use the TMD on the plant to lift the grate.

Age the crate and bring it to you.

Restore the crate and use it to reach the small tunnel.

Age the crate and grab it.

Put the crate below the gate, then restore it and crouch through.

Pick up the crate and bring it with you again, avoiding the strings.

Use the crate again to reach the other side.

There'll be more mutants ahead. Sneak or kill.

Use the machine to get a new upgrade.

Go through the door.

There'll be plenty of enemies ahead. Keep making your way along the catwalks to the very top.

Break the lock and enter.

Climb up the ladder.

Kill the enemies and keep moving ahead.

Help Kathryn get over the vent to open the door.

Fix the stairs and go up.

Enter the blue door.

Jump on the crates and get over the vent.

Use your TMD on the plant so Kathryn can get outside.

Defeat all the incoming enemy waves.

Once that's done, follow the catwalk and enter the blue door.

Jump down.

Kill the soldiers and go out the door.

Beware of the heavy armored soldiers. They're more resistant to damage and TMD abilities.

Continue chasing after Kathryn.

Melee the soldier that pushed you off.

Climb down the ladder and resume chasing.

Use the elevator.

Make your way through the engine room.

Up the stairs, kill all the guys ahead.

Go through the set of doors.

Kill the two soldiers in the room.

Untie Kathryn.

Follow her.

Help Kathryn reach the platform.

Defend her while she works.

Go up to her and get on the platform.

Step inside the circle on the platform.

Aim at the glowing orb to restore the train.

Run across the train cart.

Shoot at the four orange spots while avoiding his attacks.

Once he's knocked down, shoot at one of the two weak spots on his head.

Shoot at the next three weak spots.

Finally, shoot at his last weak spot.

Jump down onto the next train cart and keep going.

The monster will come back and rip the roof off. Shoot at his mouth.

Use the TMD on the pipes to clear the way.

Stand on the platform.

Aim at the monster's head to defeat it.

Chapter 4: Central Docks

Get off the train and go up the stairs.

Climb up the broken bridge.

Now restore it to get across.

Jump down and grab the crate.

Jump down again through the broken grating.

Put the crate below the gate, restore and go through.

Pull a crate off of the phase cloud.

Put the crate on top of the third box from left to right and restore it.

Jump over the fence.

Make your way forward avoiding the strings.

Crouch under the gate.

Restore the control box to open the next gate.

Go along the catwalk.

Eliminate all the enemies ahead.

Stand on the platform at the end of the path.

Turn around and enter the building down the stairs.

Climb down the ladder and into the water.

Swim across avoiding the strings.

Use the wheel to drain the water, on the left.

Pull a bulb/diode out of the phase cloud.

Plug it up into the machine and restore it to power up the platform upstairs.

Retrace your steps back onto the platform.

Pull the lever.

Reach the far end of the path, straight ahead.

Age the chain holding the ramp and go up.

Kill the mutants in your way.

Enter the door and climb the stairs.

Through the next door, keep moving ahead.

Crouch through the vent.

Open the door and go downstairs.

Go through the vent.

Restore the control box, then go back out.

Pull the lever and enter the door that opens.

Make your way through the containers.

Crouch under to the other side.

Get to the door at the end.

Go downstairs.

Wait for the ghost to disappear, then go through.

Enter the door on the right.

Kill the mutants ahead.

Through the door at the end of the room.

Get to the end of the hall.

Go down the stairs.

Deal with the enemies ahead.

Get through across the container.

Kill the enemies then move ahead.

Enter the door.

Age the control box to disable the electricity and get through safely.

Jump into the water and swim along.

Dodge the mutant plant and keep going

Grab the E99 bomb.

Swim to the surface and get on top of the container.

Crouch and drop down at the other end.

Up the stairs and continue going.

Through the door and up the stairs.

The area will suddenly flood, keep swimming ahead.

Get out through the hole.

Chapter 5: E99 Processing Complex

Go through the set of blue doors.

Drop down from the broken bridge.

Crouch under and move ahead.

Get rid of the ticks in your way.

Take a left when you see the crumbled wall in front.

Continue downstairs.

Clear the strings out of the way and go through the open doorway.

You'll meet a new monster ahead. You can use Deadlock to freeze him in place and finish him off.

Take the stairs to the left of the platform.

Pull the lever, then go back down.

Go through the door to the right of the platform.

Grab the grenade launcher if you didn't have one before.

Hold down the Aim down sights button and without releasing it, shoot a grenade and guide it through the hole. Release the ADS button to detonate the grenade and make the barrels next to the door explode, then go inside.

Go downstairs and keep going.

Drop down.

Jump onto the water and climb the ladders ahead.

Pull the lever to fill the room with water, then go back.

Swim through the tunnel at the very top.

Use the lever to open the hatch, then continue swimming.

Grab the crate.

Restore it and use it to climb over the vent.

Kill all the mutants ahead.

Enter the blue door.

Go outside and along the catwalk.

Dive in and swim to reach the lever.

After you pulled the lever, dive in again and wait for the water to lower, then break the lock holding the crate.

Climb the ladder back up and use the lever again.

Jump on top of the crate and go up the stairs.

Pull the lever to open the gate.

Shoot the soldiers on the catwalk, then go to where they came from.

You can pull the shields off from the guards using them.

Keep making your way forward.

Go upstairs and keep going to reach the platform.

Use the platform and aim at the glowing orb.

Kill all the enemies in the bridge.

Enter through the door.

Neutralize all the enemies in the way.

Use the lever and go through the gate.

Kill the mutant ahead.

Age the yellow tank to make the platform go up, and the platform opposite to it go down.

Stand on the platform and restore the tank on the other to go up.

Crouch through the vent next to the crates.

Go downstairs and through the set of doors.

Jump over the obstacle and keep going.

Through the doorway next to the lockers.

Use Deadlock to stop the fan and get across.

Grab a gas mask and go back the way you came.

Drop down the hole.

Go through the set of doors. Don't forget to pick up Oxygen tanks if you run low on air.

Grab the smashed crate and move forward.

Restore the crate and use it to get in the vent.

Kill the mutants.

Pull the lever.

Go up and through the door.

Press the button, wait for the gate to be open enough for you to pass through, then use deadlock to keep it open.

Run to the gate and get through.

Use the TMD on the time rift and go in.

Grab a crate and go back into the rift.

Jump on top to get in the elevator.

Grab another crate and put it on top of the boxes to reach the vent.

Kill the enemies in the area.

Keep making your way forward.

Age the control box to disable the shield.

Keep moving ahead and killing your enemies.

Kill the mutant through the window.

Get outside through the doors and keep going.

Get rid of the strings while going downstairs.

Neutralize all enemies.

Pull the lever to get across the bridge with the platform.

You can use the TMD to repair the boards on the platform to provide cover.

Restore the control box, then pull the lever.

Go through the gate and eliminate the mutants.

Go through the circular door.

Follow the catwalk to the left.

Get in the lift and push the button.

Open the rift and go in.

Keep following the catwalk.

Go through the doorway and then to the room to the right.

Pull the lever and go into the lift in front.

Kill the guards, then go through the circular door.

When you try to go back, soldiers will be waiting for you at the other side. Kill them when the door opens up.

Continue to the right, at the end of the hall.

Get in and use the lift.

Get through the circular door.

Take care of the enemies ahead.

Go down the catwalk and to the left.

Through the next big door, take out the enemies in front.

Use the lift at the end.

Enter the big door.

Pick up the activation code from the table.

Push the button and go through the gate.

Through the open doorway.

Put the code in and plug in the bomb.

Run to the catwalk in front and follow along. You'll have 60 seconds to get back to the rift.

Quickly get in and use the lift.

Go into the time rift.

Drop down into the broken catwalk and follow the path.

Enter the door to meet Barisov.

Get in the lift and press the button.

Chapter 6: Singularity Labs

Follow Dr. Barisov.

Kill the enemies, and keep going.

Restore the control box to open the gate.

Time to fight this mutant again. Remember to use Deadlock and the Cryo-tanks.

Go up the stairs and follow Barisov.

Use the TMD on the plants blocking the way.

Enter through the set of doors.

Go through the gate that Barisov opens for you.

Restore the box to open the gate.

Kill the soldiers in the way.

Once you get outside, go down the stairs to the right.

Into the building.

Up the stairs.

Vanquish the enemies in the room.

Go through the doorway.

Get the final TMD upgrade.

Go back the way you came from to meet Barisov.

Remember that your TMD abilities won't consume any energy so rejoice.

Murder all the mutants.

Neutralize the soldiers in the room.

Go through the big door and keep going forward.

Terminate the soldiers.

Take the stairs up, to the right.

Keep murdering your way forward.

Meet with Barisov.

Use the TMD on the reactor.

Put the E99 bomb in place.

Shoot Demichev before he shoots you.

Now you can choose to kill Demichev, Barisov or both and see the outcome.

The end.
