Kidney Transplant
Like before, start by swiping the cover away.
For us to reach the kidneys, we'll have to get rid of pretty much everything.
Begin by moving that green needle away. Do NOT prick yourself with it or you'll become absolutely smashed. CAREFULLY grab it and lift it away from the scapels.
You'll need it later eventually so don't throw it away.
Now grab a scapel like before..
And make a variety of cuts at the bottom left portion of the large intestine.
The game requires you to do very specific cuts before you're allowed to remove organs so make sure It's happening.
The next cut has to be done in the bottom right. This will allow you to remove the large intestine.
You'll know you got the two cuts right when the stomach ragdolls.
Grab it n throw it away.
At this point, my guy was bleeding quite a lot so I carefully grabbed the green needle..
And stung it with him. This is essentially a clotting agent that stops the patient's blood (life force) from leaking away.
Once he stopped bleeding, remove the lower ribcage.
Again, remove all the other organs.
And the bone debris. The less obstruction the better.
The intestine will need two similar precise cuts to get loose. The first one is right here. at the bottom left.
The second one is here. Once that's gone..
You can now remove the small intestine. It comes in two parts.
Now carefully cut of the tube at the top to remove the stomach.
Throw it to the side like everything else.
Now you finally have a view of the kidneys. Cut off the two orange tubes at the connecting points.
Again, this is the harder operation. Getting them right in the sweet spot is very difficult due to how far down in the person it is.
Eventually though, they should "let go".
Grab hold of them and throw them out.
Use more clotting agent if you have to.
Getting the left kidney out is a MASSIVE pain. Sometimes you have to jam instruments into it to flip it around a bit.
The key though, is to turn your wrist down to the right and then pinch it.
Even then it can take dozens of tries.
Once that's done, you can throw all the organs back in and smash them together for some childish fun before..
You have to take the new kidneys out of the box at the top left and place them perfectly over where the old ones were.
If you dont win at first, swap their positions.
Once the position criteria is met, you should get a completed pop-up.
