Leave the showers. As you go out you will see some light switches around. Turn off the lights to create some more room for stealth if you need it. Just remember that NPCs can turn on lights after you.

Get past the locker room to get out. If you fail at using stealth you can just use a more direct approach.

When you exit the showers go through the corridor on your right.

At the end of the room you need to jump over the railing to fall down one floor.

Downstairs you will find a vent tool.

When you get the vent tool turn around and open the vent hatch.

Climb a ladder.

Backtrack to the corridor next to the showers and go left this time.

When you reach the guard quarters go through the corridor on your right.

Two guards standing in front of a blocked doorway will try to stop you. Go to your right when you kill them.

Continue through a corridor that has 'litter' signs.

You will find a retina scanner. Riddick will need to find a pair of eyes to use it. That gives him the idea to search for Abbott.
