A Wrench in the Works (Chapter 1)
First get downtown outside of Connely Square to start the mission. Once done, talk to Clara, then go find Angelo Tucci's niece inside.
In the area you will be able to find a bunch of people who's phones you can hack. There is even Aisha Tyler in here!
Anyway, look around to find Tucci's niece. Once you do, you'll hack her phone. Get a few yards away, then call her. She'll call her uncle, and you'll get a lock on him. Awesome.
Now hop into a car and drive down to the water's edge. You'll run into Angelo Tucci as well as SEVERAL of his thugs. You need to take out the vehicle as well as Tucci, so wait for him to get to an intersection or until he drives over a steam pipe.
Using an IED or three can also speed things up for you. If Tucci lives through whatever trap you have set up for him, finish him off with one of your Weapons.
With Tucci gone, his friends aren't very happy with you. Go figure. Time to hightail it out of there! Once you escape his cronies, you have finished the mission!
