A green circle will appear on your map. Your target is located somewhere inside that green circle.

Drop down to ground level, and then go look for your target.

Turn your eagle vision on. Your target will appear as a gold person.

I decided I was going to poison him, since I didn't want to deal with pissed off guards.

Now we just wait for him to die.

And we are good.
