Area 14 - FSA Camp
Descend into Area 14, another FSA Camp.
Enter the first door on your right.
Go to the center of the room and press up.
Challenge Rooms 25-32 will be unlocked.
Enter the door above the previous door.
Inside you'll get a Blue Comms Chip.
Enter the door with the syringe on it.
In the upper-right there will be an extra life. Careful of the spike pit as usual.
Walk out of the area or call for extraction.
Haley will tell you that Blue Communicator Chip is good for areas 07, 08, and 09.
