You will find key on the table.
Pick up the key by pressing E.

Listen to the conversations
Kill all thugs inside it.
You can shoot with any weapon.
You will find earphone on table.
Hear the conversations.
Go upside the stairs.
Look out for thugs.
Kill all of them

Proceed to the door.
Kill all thugs after entering the room
Move forward
