The boat
As you leave the freezer turn right and save your game. Then head down into the docks. You'll notice this brightly glowing light on the other side of the lake. That's our destination.
At the end of the long path there's a boat. Examine it and James will climb down and start rowing.
As soon as you gain control of James. Start rowing to the right until you see the light on the other side of the lake. Once you see it start rowing towards it. You don't have to be perfectly aligned to it, as long as you're near it. Press the run button to make James row faster.
Eventually there'll be a small cutscene and James will come to shore.
