Chapter 6: Hell Descent

Go South down Craven Ave, towards the building marked "Fitch" on your map. Fight the Ferels you find along the way.

When you get close to your destination there will be a cutscene with Doctor Fitch.

After the cutscene enter the building marked "Fitch" on your map.

Head through the doorway and enter the office on the left.

Pick up the health drink found on the counter here.

Go out of the office and head to the end of the hall. Enter the door on your right.

Take the photo found on the desk.

Examine the locked case on the dresser.

Exit the room. There will be five or so nurses to defeat here. You can fight them directly or run back in the room and kill them as the come in.

Enter the room the nurses came out of.

Take a small key here and read the document.

Take the serum found in this room as well.

Exit back into the room at the end of the hall and use the key to open the locked case. You will find a strange doll inside.

You will fall on the ground in pain and faint.

You will awake in a hellstate version of Scarlet's room and obtain her doll.

Head down a narrow path you'll find on your left.

Climb down to find Josh.

Josh will run off to the right. Don't follow, it's a dead end.

Turn left instead and continue down the path.

Take the first path you find on your right.

Jump across the gap.

Press X repeatedly to keep from falling.

Head left.

Jump across the gap.

You will find a room with a doll in it. Don't pick up the doll or a battle will begin with a Smog.

Instead, drop down the broken fan.

Defeat the swarms.

Pick up the Pistol Ammo.

Drop down to the next area and continue forward.

You will see a "Staff Only" sign. Keep going.

Jump across the gap you come to.

Ahead you'll see some stairs on your left.

Drop down onto the stairs.

At the top of the stairs you'll find a health drink.

Go back down the stairs. As you continue forward, you'll see Josh run away to your left.

Go to the right, where Josh came from, to find a Child's Drawing.

Defeat the Smog that appears.

Continue down the path that Josh ran. You will come to a place to jump across - do so.

Head left and then drop down.

Head down the narrow path and then climb down the ladder you find.

Head left and then drop down again.

Jump across the lava.

You'll see a place to drop down on your right - do so.

Climb down the ladder found here.

Squeeze through the pipes found here.

Duck under the fan.

Take the crowbar, which replaces your steel pipe.

Turn around and duck under the fan again.

Climb up the ladder.

Climb the ledge on your right.

Jump over the lava gap again.

You will find another path here, jump across the lava.

Step down here.

Climb down the ladder.

Pull the lever on the wall to stop the fan.

Duck under the fan and continue forward.

Drop down the ledge.

Duck under a fan here.

Take the Child's Drawing.

Duck under the fan again to return where you came from.

Cut the flesh door found here.

Squeeze through the gap you made.

Pull a lever to stop a fan.

Duck under the fan.

Drop down the broken fan.

You will come to a Fan Puzzle.

Duck under Fan #3.

Duck under Fan #2.

Collect the serum found here.

Duck under Fan #2 and then #3 again to exit the puzzle.

Pull the lever that switches power from Fan 5 to 4.

Pull the lever that switches power from Fan 4 to 3.

Pull the lever that switches power from Fan 3 to 2.

Pull the lever that switches power from Fan 6 to 5.

Pull the lever that switches power from Fan 5 to 4.

Pull the lever that switches power from Fan 4 to 3.

Now the path is clear. Duck under Fan #4.

Duck under Fan #5.

Duck under Fan #6.

Go down the ladder found here.

You will find a save point here.

Go down the ladder found ahead.

You will see Josh run away, follow him down the narrow pathway.

You will come to a rock wall.

The rock wall will change into a pathway. Continue down this path.

You will find a industrial door. Open it and go inside.

Doctor Fitch is inside. Talk to him and give him the doll when able.

The doll will come out of Fitch's blood as a monster.
