Ah another beat up event. This one is very easy. Just run to the green circle on your map.

When you get there, turn your eagle eye on.

You'll see a guy talking to a girl here. Lock on to him, and start beating him up.

There's no one to join in, so this mission takes just a couple of seconds.

Promiscuity Knocks should now be Synched.
