"When you're in Lowtown, take a moment to stop by your house (labeled "Gamlen's House") in the northwestern portion of Lowtown.
"If any party member is injured, return to Gamlen House for free healing. Letters will also arrive from time to time featuring new quests. Go here to access quests like "Act of Mercy" later in the game. After you've had a look around, feel free to leave.
