Denver Sewers
After killing Blade Wolf he'll drop this large battery looking thing. These are the only upgrades that Sam will ever get, they increase Sam's health by 10%, make sure to pick them up whenever you can.
Pass through the sewer gate where you fought LQ-84i, then turn right at the first corner. You'll have to take out a combination of a Desperado operative and a UG. Don't use taunt here, or else that UG is gonna smash right through all of your parry and leave you vulnerable.
The best way to kill them is to parry the UG's attack while the operative is in front of it. The UG will automatically go into a vulnerable state, go into blade mode and slice both of them up.
Now turn around and head for the shutters that the operative was guarding. Press the switch on the right side to open it, then head inside.
